Refund & Return Policy

Once your
order is placed, you agree and understand that it is a custom digital product
which will immediately go to the drawing process and there is no button to
cancel or return the order.

Caricature Revisions If you are not satisfied with the received caricature
drawing or would like some details to be changed you’ll be able to ask for
unlimited revisions, free of charge, until you are completely satisfied with
the caricature drawing. In the case that the revisions you are requesting do
not match the requirements you’ve submitted when ordering, then we are not
obliged to do the revisions you requested.

Caricature Refund If you are still not happy with the caricature drawing
and we are not able to meet your expectations and requirements, we will issue a
partial refund arranged between two sides (us and you as a buyer).
